You are solely responsible for any content you input into FluxAIKit tools and any outputs you choose to use, publish, or distribute. FluxAIKit provides tools that assist in generating outputs; the responsibility for reviewing, verifying, and applying those outputs rests entirely with you.

You acknowledge that:

• Outputs generated by FluxAIKit tools may not be unique, accurate, or suitable for every intended use
• Business names, descriptions, proposals, and similar AI-generated outputs may be similar to content created by others
• You should conduct appropriate due diligence (such as trademark searches for business names) before commercially relying on generated outputs
• Financial calculations produced by FluxAIKit tools are based solely on the numbers you provide and should not replace qualified financial advice

4. Accuracy of Generated Results

FluxAIKit makes reasonable efforts to ensure that its tools perform as described. However, we do not warrant that the results produced by our tools are accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Calculation tools (such as the Profit Margin Calculator and Freelancer Rate Calculator) produce outputs based on the inputs you provide. Errors in input will result in incorrect outputs. FluxAIKit is not responsible for decisions made based on tool outputs.

AI-assisted tools (such as the Business Name Generator and Business Description Generator) use algorithmic and template-based approaches. Results should be treated as creative suggestions and reviewed before use.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

7. Intellectual Property

The FluxAIKit name, logo, branding, website design, and original code are the property of FluxAIKit and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our branding or original site content without prior written permission.

With respect to outputs generated using FluxAIKit tools: you are free to use, adapt, and commercialise the outputs you create, subject to your own review and any applicable third-party rights. FluxAIKit does not claim ownership of user-generated outputs.

However, FluxAIKit does not guarantee that generated outputs are free from third-party intellectual property claims (for example, a generated business name may already be trademarked by another party). It is the user's responsibility to perform any necessary checks before commercial use.
