Privacy Policy

We are committed to being transparent about how FluxAIKit handles your information. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we use it.

📅 Last updated: July 2026

Disclaimer: This Privacy Policy is provided for general informational purposes. We recommend that users review this policy in the context of their local privacy laws and regulations. FluxAIKit does not provide legal guarantees, and this document does not constitute legal advice.

1. Information We Collect

FluxAIKit is designed to minimise data collection. Depending on how you interact with the site, we may collect the following categories of information:

Information you provide voluntarily

  • Email address, if you subscribe to our newsletter or submit a contact form
  • Any text, numbers, or inputs you enter into our tool fields
  • Name or business details submitted through contact forms

Information collected automatically

  • Browser type, operating system, and device type (via analytics services)
  • IP address (typically anonymised by our analytics provider)
  • Pages visited, time on site, and general usage patterns
  • Referring website or search terms (where available)

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as payment information, government identification numbers, or precise geolocation data.

2. How We Use Information

We use the limited information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To operate, maintain, and improve FluxAIKit tools and pages
  • To respond to contact form submissions and support enquiries
  • To send newsletter updates if you have opted in (you may unsubscribe at any time)
  • To understand how our tools are used, so we can prioritise improvements
  • To detect and prevent misuse, spam, or abuse of our services

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Browser-Side Processing

A core principle at FluxAIKit is to keep your data on your device where technically possible. Many of our tools — including the Invoice Generator, Profit Calculator, Freelancer Rate Calculator, Business Name Generator, and Business Description Generator — run entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript.

This means that the text you enter into those tools is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to FluxAIKit servers. When you close or refresh the page, that data is typically cleared.

Some tools, such as the QR Code Generator, use external APIs to render output (for example, a QR image rendering service). In these cases, the input data is sent to a third-party service to generate the result. We identify such dependencies in the relevant tool pages and in the Third-Party Services section below.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

FluxAIKit may use cookies and similar technologies to support site functionality and analytics. Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some site features may be affected.

Types of cookies we may use:

  • Functional cookies: Used to remember preferences such as theme or form state within a session
  • Analytics cookies: Used to collect anonymised usage data to help us understand and improve the site
  • Third-party cookies: Set by embedded services such as analytics providers

We do not use cookies to serve personalised advertising at this time.

5. Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand aggregate usage patterns on FluxAIKit. If we use Google Analytics or a similar service, data collected is subject to that provider's privacy policy. We configure such tools to anonymise IP addresses where supported.

We use analytics data only to understand which tools are most useful, where users encounter friction, and how to prioritise development work.

6. Third-Party Services

FluxAIKit integrates with a small number of third-party services to provide certain functionality:

  • Google Fonts: Used to load the Inter typeface. Google may collect basic request data when fonts are served.
  • QR Code API services: The QR Code Generator may send your input data to an external QR rendering API. No account is required and input is not persistently stored by us.
  • Newsletter provider: If you subscribe to updates, your email address is stored with our email service provider.

We evaluate third-party services carefully and aim to work only with providers that have reasonable privacy practices. However, once data is sent to a third party, their own privacy policies apply.

7. User-Uploaded Files

Some tools may allow you to upload files (such as a business logo for the Invoice Generator). Where uploads are handled client-side (in your browser), files are not transmitted to FluxAIKit servers and are used only within your current browser session to generate output.

We do not host, store, or access user-uploaded files on our servers for client-side tools. If this changes for a specific feature, it will be clearly disclosed in the relevant tool.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited personal information we hold. Our website is served over HTTPS. Contact form submissions and email data are handled through reputable third-party services.

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. We recommend that users exercise caution when sharing personal information online and use strong, unique passwords for any accounts.

9. Children's Privacy

FluxAIKit is intended for use by adults and business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our site, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

10. International Users

FluxAIKit is accessible globally. If you are located outside of the country where our hosting infrastructure is based, please be aware that your information may be transferred across borders. We take steps to ensure that such transfers are handled with appropriate care.

Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom may have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or UK GDPR, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection. We encourage users in these regions to contact us with any privacy-related requests.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

  • The right to access information we hold about you
  • The right to correct inaccurate information
  • The right to request deletion of your information
  • The right to withdraw consent (e.g. unsubscribing from our newsletter)
  • The right to lodge a complaint with a relevant data protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at support@fluxaikit.com.

12. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our services evolve or as required by applicable law. The date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was last revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of FluxAIKit after a policy change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
